8- If needed, provide the requested documents ("requerimiento")

You can receive an official notification requesting you missing/additional documents. This is called a "REQUERIMIENTO".

• If you had submitted your documents electronically:
  You will see it in your online portal for the TIE renewal procedure (in the platform https://dehu.redsara.es/).
  
  
• If you had submitted your documents in paper (in the Register of Carrer Bergara, 12 or in another way):
  Tthen you will receive an official letter at home (letter at your name for which you have to sign that you have received it).

BEWARE!!: There is ONLY ONE CHANCE to submit the documents requested. If the Spanish authorities reject your answer to the request of documents, they will reject your whole TIE renewal application and you would get illegal.

Immediately after receiving a "requerimiento", please send your documents by e-mail to the OMI office (scanned or pictures of the documents; please send: what you had submitted the first time, the letter of "requerimiento" and what you will submit now) and we will assess you.
