INTERNATIONAL STAFF TRAINING WEEK 2025
The UPC-BarcelonaTech is glad to invite you to our 2025 International Staff Training Week organized within the framework of the Erasmus programme for UPC's esteemed partner universities.

Objective
The event is intended to offer a sound general overview of International Mobility management and give visibility to projects and initiatives promoted by the UPC in areas of interest such as internationalization, innovation and quality management.
The whole idea is to promote the exchange of best practices between UPC staff and participating institutions and to learn from each other.
Last but not least, we are eager to show you a bit of our amazing city.
Who
The program is aimed at administrative staff working in the university level with interest in benchmarking of practice and networking with colleagues.
Registration
If you would like to participate, please fill in the application before 14th March.
We would be pleased to welcome all applicants but, for organizational reasons, the maximum number of participants is 30. Once your place at the ISTW has been confirmed, we will send you a more detailed program for the week. Please note that a maximum of 2 participants per institution will be selected.
Programme
The UPC International Staff Training Week 2025 will combine presentations, networking sessions, and guided visits. Key topics will include international collaboration, quality management, innovation and intercultural integration, with talks by UPC experts and opportunities for knowledge exchange among attendees. Participants will also visit UPC facilities and emblematic buildings in Barcelona, fostering both professional exchange and cultural discovery.
Cost
There are no registration fees, however, participants are expected to finance their own travel, accommodation, etc. You can make use of ERASMUS+KA131 or ERASMUS+KA171 funds for staff mobility to cover these expenses.
