The UPC in the March 2024 Ranking Web of Repositories: Transparent Ranking
The March 2024 edition of the Ranking Web of Repositories: Transparent Ranking is based on the data obtained from Google Scholar during the first week of this month.
In the global ranking, the open document repository of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, UPCommons, ranks 25th in the world, 10th in Europe and 2nd in Spain. The top spot in Spain goes, for the third time, to the Digital CSIC repository, which belongs to the institution that publishes the Ranking.
In the ranking of institutional repositories, UPCommons ranks 15th worldwide, 7th in Europe and 2nd in Spain, after Digital CSIC.
In the list that included open services in Spain UPCommons remains in 4th position, after DIALNET, RACO and Digital CSIC.
The number of records indexed in UPCommons keeps rising, from 92,400 in February 2023 to 102.000 in the latest edition.
