The UPC in the December 2024 Ranking Web of Repositories: Transparent Ranking

The December 2024 edition of the Ranking Web of Repositories: Transparent Ranking is based on the data obtained from Google Scholar during the third week of this month.

In the global ranking, the open document repository of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, UPCommons, rises to 22nd in the world and 6th in Europe, and gets back to the 1st position in Spain.

In the ranking of institutional repositories, UPCommons rises to 12^th worldwide, and 6th in Europe and leads the Spanish classification. 

In the list that included open portals and repositories in Spain, UPCommons rises to 3rd position, after DIALNET and RACO.

The number of records indexed in UPCommons keeps rising, from 109.000 in August 2024 to 112.000 in this latest edition.
