Ranking of female researchers in Spain according Google Scholar

As part of the Spanish National Research Council’s (CSIC) commitment to gender equality policies and open science, the Cybermetrics Lab publishes a ranking of female researchers that is based on their personal profile data in Google Scholar.

The 2025 edition includes female Spanish researchers, whether they work in national or foreign institutions, as well as foreign researchers affiliated with national institutions.

The ranking classifies female researchers with an h-index equal to or greater than a given value: between 14 and 18 so far, depending on the edition. It also provides details on the number of citations received.
