Other rankings of interest

The sections “The UPC in international rankings” and “The UPC in national rankings” provide extensive, systematic information on a selection of university rankings that are considered particularly noteworthy due to their prestige or media coverage.

In this section, we add to this list by briefly presenting other rankings of interest. It is useful to know the characteristics of these rankings and the results that the UPC obtains in them.

The list of rankings in each section may vary over time. This may be because a new ranking is included in the list or the section that a ranking is listed in is changed. It may no longer be advisable to follow a ranking: perhaps the publishers no longer produce updated editions and the ranking has become obsolete, or there may be concerns about a ranking’s methodological robustness, for example.
