The 2016 edition of the Shanghai Ranking has been published

The 2016 edition of the general Academic Ranking of World Universities, better known as the Shanghai Ranking, was published on 15 August. The UPC rose from the 401-500 rank to the 301-400 rank.

This year, the rankings by field and subject that usually accompany the general ranking have not been published. However, the Ranking’s website announces that the new Academic Ranking of World Universities by Broad Subject Fields will be published on 8 September.
