Identification and signature

Digital Certificate

The Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) is a T-CAT P digital certification entity, which means that it provides digital certification for its staff.

The T-CAT P is a recognised certificate that identifies, in addition to the person who holds it, the subscribing organisation. It is intended for public employees in the Catalan public sector.

This certification is an authentication tool that generates an advanced signature that is delivered in a software file, meaning that can be installed on different devices: computer, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, etc.

CIS code

To sign in the University's corporate applications, it is necessary to inform the UPC credentials and complete the evidence of willingness to sign with a second identification factor that we call CIS (Identification and Signature Code) .

You can get the CIS code by accessing https://identitatdigital.upc.edu/myid

In case the code is not available, or you do not have access to the application, you must contact identitat.digital@upc.edu

UPC Card

The UPC Card identifies you as a member of the university community (student, teaching and research staff, administrative and service staff) or as a member of the UPC Group. It is a digital card and is available in the App UPC.
