The '#looopers' project
We are looking for UPC YouTubers!
The Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) is launching the '#loooper' scientific and technological dissemination project and is looking for UPC talents: researchers and doctoral students who are passionate about science and technology, are good communicators, and want to participate in this new series of videos that will be released through YouTube. The aim of #looopers is to disseminate the knowledge generated in the UPC’s areas of work: architecture, engineering, science and technology. The content must be rigorous but communicative, using an informal format that is easily understandable by an audience without specialised knowledge.
YouTubers who belong to the UPC will be selected to take part in this project.
How can I participate?
Record your '#looopers' video
If you are a UPC researcher or doctoral student, send us a video of no more than two minutes in which you talk about a scientific or technological concept of your field of knowledge or one that you just find interesting. You can do it individually or in pairs.
Send us the video by e-mail
through the free platform WeTransfer (https://wetransfer.com/) to media.info@upc.edu, stating in the message 'Project #looopers'. The deadline for receiving videos is 31 January.
You too can participate in the '#looopers' project!
From the videos received, the best ones will be selected to participate in the project.
